Cookery Demonstrations and Courses

Carlotta Fraser, well known locally, for providing a quality Outside Catering Service is diversifying. New for 2010, she is going to share some of her knowledge and expertise, in the form of small, informal, but structured demonstrations and courses at her spacious kitchen in Killin.

Courses will range from single sessions through to one day a week for six weeks, where you can learn to prepare and cook something new, and impress your friends and relatives.

Themes already planned include:

"Forget dieting - just get into the way of eating healthily"
"Eating Seasonally"
"Cooking for the Terrified !!"
"Back to Basics"
"Dinner Party Cooking"

and

"Men Only"

So whether you have never cooked before, or just want to increase your repertoire, Carlotta can offer something for you. She hopes to show that cooking and eating well, doesn’t have to be difficult, expensive or time consuming. Classes will be for a maximum of six people, and will appeal to individuals or small groups of friends alike.

Carlotta and her husband, Craig, also run a Bed and Breakfast business from their home in Killin, and are hoping to also offer residential courses.

As she had done previously, if you are a group or society, and have a larger number of people, Carlotta will come to your venue instead and give a demonstration.
